PTS-5 Polymer Thermal Spray System
The PTS-5 is a compact mobile application system utilizing an all electric heat source and on-board air supply to create the heated processing air stream. It is capable of delivering a maximum thermal energy output of 5KW and will quickly and efficiently deposit all ResoCoat™ materials preventing any polymer degradation ensuring the coating maintains the desired properties necessary to provide a long service life.
The system is completely portable, requiring only a 240 Volt, single-phase power supply, and a small compressed air supply. The PTS-5 can be adapted to machine or robotic control spray applications in manufacturing production environments. The PTS-5 is suitable for all applications including those requiring enclosed working conditions.

The PTS-30 Applicator system utilises an innovative ‘flameless’ patented design enabling no direct flame contact with the material particles being applied. This prevents any polymer degradation to the material ensuring it maintains its desired properties and flexibility, preventing brittleness and not impacting negatively on the longevity of the coating.
